1. Eligibility for Returns
You can return your item within 7 days of delivery if:
- The product is unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- The tags and packaging are intact
- You contact us before returning the item
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Custom-made or personalized jackets
- Sale or discounted items
- Items damaged due to misuse
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- We will notify you by email
- If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days
4. Return Shipping
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a free replacement or refund.
