Refund policy

Shipping & Returns:
○ How much time do deliveries usually take?

According to our company’s standard protocol, it takes approximately 4-7 days for us to deliver a product to your doorstep (excluding weekends and holidays). This time frame can sometimes be delayed due to public issues.

○ What Is LINEAGE’s processing time for my order?

Normally, all orders are processed within 48 hours. However, this time frame can sometimes be delayed if stock is depleted. Our goal is to produce high quality garments at a reasonable price. Sustainable sourcing of high quality merchandise sometimes means setbacks in time frames and for this reason we must hold certain orders until inventory is replenished.

○ How many times will the courier agent attempt to deliver my order in case I am unavailable to receive it?

Our delivery agents make two attempts to deliver a parcel. Kindly ensure that the address, city and area are mentioned clearly while placing an order. On the second failed attempt, the item will be returned back to us.

○ How to track my order?

You will automatically receive the tracking code once your order is dispatched from our warehouse. In-case you don’t receive an update; you can always contact us on our socials to request the tracking code.

○ Can we open & check our parcel before payment?

Unfortunately not. We have to abide by certain rules and regulations set by our third party affiliates i.e courier service partners. In some cases we do allow checking before payment hence you can always contact us on our socials & guide us through the problem you are facing.

 

2. Returns / Exchanges
○ Eligibility

All products purchased from lineageclothing® can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase only if:

The item(s) is/are faulty, damaged or defective at the time of delivery. The item(s) does not match the original specifications of the product or is found to be not the same as you had actually purchased.

You must notify us within 3 days of delivery by writing to lineage.com.pk@gmail.com or by Instagram (@lineageclothingofficial), in case you want to raise a dispute.

At lineageclothing®, we look at each dispute on a case-by-case basis and try to be fair to both parties.

○ There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns & exchanges. Such scenarios include but are not limited to the following:

Exchange request is made outside the specified time frame.
The product is damaged because of use.
The product has been tampered.
Size issues are caused by the customers.
Lineage does not offer a “refund” or “Money Back Guarantee” on purchased items.

 

○ What if a size issue was caused by me? how do I exchange that item?
In order to exchange the product(s) you will need to dispatch the parcels at our warehouse address & notify us that you have sent back the package to us. Once we receive the parcel, we will Inspect it & re-send the desired exchanged product at your provided address.

Bare in mind that we do not cover any costs regarding size changes & exchanges that were caused by the customer. As we’re already dealing on marginal profits; covering costs for customer negligence would not suffice for us as a company.

○ In how much time will my exchange parcel be sent?

Exchange packages are usually dealt with on a week-end basis – you can expect your exchange parcel to arrive at your destination in under 7 days after we have received & inspected your previous parcels item(s).
